Hunt Legal, LLC primarily handles all types of family law, including:
- Divorce
- Child custody
- Child support issues
- Custody modifications
- Name changes
- Parental rights
- Adoptions
We understand that these cases can often be emotionally exhausting and painful. We do our best to treat these cases with the attentiveness and care they deserve.
We also provide Guardian ad Litem services. A GAL/Guardian Ad Litem acts as an advocate for the children and participates as necessary in all phases of the process.
GALs often visit the children in person, conduct in-home visits, and interview BOTH parents, stepparents, grandparents, other family members, teachers, neighbors, counselors, clergy and other people important in the children’s lives.
Hunt Legal, LLC also offers some limited scope Family Law services, including assistance with court filings, adoptions, brief advice and more.
Hunt Legal, LLC does not practice in the areas of criminal law, estate planning, landlord-tenant disputes, employment law, worker's compensation matters, bankruptcy, malpractice, or personal injury.
